I’m wondering why my baby always smile when he sleeps? And is that normal? Perhaps anyone could give me some advice about it? I want to make sure that my baby is fine and healthy. Thank you.

That is completely normal, almost all babies smile during their sleep. Most common cause is gas in stomach. You need not worry about that.
