    As they are harmless and non-cancerous , u need not worry much. It can sometime go on its own if not medical treatment can clear the wart. Just make sure not to have sexual contact or you might transmit to other.
    There are several treatment ranging from topical cream, cautery, niquid nitrogen, co2 laser.
    Over the counter treatment might not work well and removing warts from the skin does not necessarily reduce transmission risk. So its better to visit the dermatologist and get treated with oral immunity boosting meds along with topicals or laser.
