I don't think those are warts, they could be syringoma, because warts doesn't showup frequestly after you burned off. For syringoma they can be safely removed with laser but recurrent rate is high. Other topical doesn't work better.

hi ! from what u have explain, it seems like periungual warts to me. Due to repeated biting injury the virus must have found entry to your skin and caused lesion, it usually seen as rough bumps with irregular surface around the nails. It also seems to rapidly spread when the person immunity has decreased and during certain diseased condition which decreases the immunity of our body.

It is usually treated using immunomodulators and locally destroying the lesions using various method like salicylic acid paints, cryotherapy ,lasers etc. You should strictly avoid biting your nails during this peroid as local injury may cause wart to spread along the line of injury.

For pimples of rosacea you need some oral and topical medications. Lasers and lights can be used for the potential vascular manifestations of rosacea like say to reduce severe redness or remove visible blood vessels. If your have bumpy nose like Rhinophyma, Co2 laser can be used to remove those bumps or excess tissue. For erythematotelangiectatic rosacea or in common word: redness and visible blood vessels (telangiectasia); Pulsed dye laser, IPL and pro-yellow laser can be used.

But make sure to visit a good dermatologist who is expert in using lasers.

When diagnosed early even the life threatening malignant melanoma can be treated and cured. Skin cancer of the foot are considered more dangerous because they usually are not diagnosed early. It is very important to understand that every mole on foot are not melanoma, and even if the mole change its color, size it can be harmless. Many factors play role like excess sun exposure, family history, age, race and so so.. if possible can u post a clear picture so we can have a look.

Yes it can happen, melanoma can arise in pre-existing moles, some atypical moles that looks harmless for years can turn into melanoma, so no one can confidently say the moles are harmless, they can turn into melanoma anytime. Being said that, ur race, sun exposure, family history, excess moles and several other factors play an important role. I know everyone worries in such situation, so a better option would be to visit the derma and excise it out and no worries then after.
