As they are harmless and non-cancerous , u need not worry much. It can sometime go on its own if not medical treatment can clear the wart. Just make sure not to have sexual contact or you might transmit to other.
There are several treatment ranging from topical cream, cautery, niquid nitrogen, co2 laser.
Over the counter treatment might not work well and removing warts from the skin does not necessarily reduce transmission risk. So its better to visit the dermatologist and get treated with oral immunity boosting meds along with topicals or laser.

If you post a pic that would be better, as we can't confirm if its a wart or something else. Anyway if they are very small topical applications of retinol agents like tretinoin might solve the problem.

Those little bumps on tongue sometime grows and trap foods, bacteria yeast and other things and in the long run its gets stained and gives black color. Casautive factors are oral antibiotics, excess use of coffee, alcohol, smoking, poor oral hygiene, and some times underlying systemic conditions, such as malignancy.

In most cases good mouth and tongue cleaning will get rid of black hairy tongue. If that doesn’t help, you need to consult dermatologist for some prescription medications.

I don't think those are warts, they could be syringoma, because warts doesn't showup frequestly after you burned off. For syringoma they can be safely removed with laser but recurrent rate is high. Other topical doesn't work better.

Lasers and lights can be used for the potential vascular manifestations of rosacea like say to reduce severe redness or remove visible blood vessels. If your have bumpy nose like Rhinophyma, Co2 laser can be used to remove those bumps or excess tissue. For erythematotelangiectatic rosacea or in common word: redness and visible blood vessels (telangiectasia); Pulsed dye laser, IPL and pro-yellow laser can be used.

But make sure to visit a good dermatologist who is expert in using lasers.

When diagnosed early even the life threatening malignant melanoma can be treated and cured. Skin cancer of the foot are considered more dangerous because they usually are not diagnosed early. It is very important to understand that every mole on foot are not melanoma, and even if the mole change its color, size it can be harmless. Many factors play role like excess sun exposure, family history, age, race and so so.. if possible can u post a clear picture so we can have a look.

Yes it can happen, melanoma can arise in pre-existing moles, some atypical moles that looks harmless for years can turn into melanoma, so no one can confidently say the moles are harmless, they can turn into melanoma anytime. Being said that, ur race, sun exposure, family history, excess moles and several other factors play an important role. I know everyone worries in such situation, so a better option would be to visit the derma and excise it out and no worries then after.
