Rosea and laser treatment

I’m suffering from Rosacea and i have pimples all around .How can i get rid of those pimples ? Can a laser or any other treatment remove those pimples. Waiting for your needful help.

  1. For pimples of rosacea you need some oral and topical medications. Lasers and lights can be used for the potential vascular manifestations of rosacea like say to reduce severe redness or remove visible blood vessels. If your have bumpy nose like Rhinophyma, Co2 laser can be used to remove those bumps or excess tissue. For erythematotelangiectatic rosacea or in common word: redness and visible blood vessels (telangiectasia); Pulsed dye laser, IPL and pro-yellow laser can be used.

    But make sure to visit a good dermatologist who is expert in using lasers.
